Your Role as a Digital Content Strategist
As a Digital Content Strategist at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring our messaging resonates with our diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, UX Design, and Social Media to create content that reflects our brand voice and engages our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that enhance brand visibility and maximize user engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends to drive content development.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality digital content for various platforms including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging multimedia content that enhances the user experience.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's tone, style, and voice.
Your Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a combination of creative flair and analytical prowess, capable of producing engaging content while also understanding the metrics behind successful strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing content across multiple platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to assess content performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
